Can I cancel at any time?
Yes – with one click in your account or via "Cancel contracts here" at the bottom of every page. Pro then runs until the end of the period you paid for; nothing more is charged.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods via Stripe, or with PayPal. You enter your payment details only there – never on our site.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment – by e-mail and in your account under "Orders & invoices".
What happens to my websites if I stop Pro?
Nothing is deleted. The monitoring continues within the free limits.
